An excellent summation of Dr. Sullivanâ€™s book. Some afterthoughts: first, I personally believe that Sullivan is a bit too one sided in his conclusion/s. Williams (a Baptist), and Cirlot (Anglo-Catholic) draw different conclusions from the same base material:
